JN Bentley operates in a spirit of openness, honesty and accountability, with a zero tolerance stance towards bribery and corruption.
All staff are made aware of the anti-bribery policy and their responsibilities as part of their induction to the company, and we include a copy in their induction pack.
The policy makes it clear our expectation that all employees - regardless of seniority - must adopt the highest standards of openness, honesty and accountability. It also provides employees with clear procedures to follow, reassuring them that should they report any suspicions of corruption or bribery then the information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
Our policy is signed off by our Managing Director.
