National engineering and construction company JN Bentley has successfully secured partial accreditation under the National Electricity Registration Scheme (NERS).
The prestigious accreditation, awarded by LRQA, recognises the company’s commitment to excellence and adherence to the highest standards in the electricity and battery energy storage sectors. It enables the company to deliver contestable works associated with the installation of high voltage electrical connections up to and including 132kV.
In achieving partial NERS accreditation, JN Bentley has demonstrated the capability to deliver high-quality services in the design, project management, cable laying, cable jointing, substation installation, and maintenance of electrical infrastructure. This achievement underscores the company’s dedication to safety, reliability, and innovation in all its projects.
JN Bentley director, Angus Ridge, said, “We are thrilled to receive NERS accreditation.
"This recognition is testament to the hard work and expertise of our team. It reinforces our position as a trusted partner and our commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
"The NERS accreditation will enable us to expand our service offering to new and existing clients, with external recognition of our compliance with industry standards and our ability to deliver projects safely and efficiently. We look forward to achieving full accreditation following audit of one of our active Battery Energy Storage sites."
