JN Bentley has secured a place on five lots within the new multi-million-pound YORcivil3 Contractors Frameworks.
This gives the national engineering and construction contractor the opportunity to bid for projects with an estimated combined value of £800m over the next four years, with the possibility of a two-year extension.
The YORcivil3 frameworks will deliver local authority civil engineering projects valued up to £10m, including highways, bridges, drainage, flood alleviation and coastal works. The frameworks cover the entire Yorkshire and Humber region.
Upon contract award, JN Bentley director Jonathan Burton said, “We are delighted that JN Bentley has been appointed to the latest iteration of the YORcivil framework.
“The contract will afford us the opportunity to demonstrate our skills on both a design-and-construct and construct-only basis.
“With our company roots in Yorkshire, we look forward to continuing our track-record of working with local authorities in the region. We bring to the table a collaborative approach to delivery, focusing on affordability and sustainability – using the latest digital tools.”
YORcivil3 builds on JN Bentley’s local authority client portfolio that currently includes Bradford Metropolitan District Council, Cumbria County Council and the North and Mid Wales Trunk Road Agent.
