About us
MMB is a fully integrated design-and-build contractor, currently working with nine of the UK’s largest water and wastewater companies, operating across the UK.
The business was awarded its first long-term framework agreement with Wessex Water in 2024 to deliver works through to 2030 – with the potential for a five-year extension into AMP9 thereafter.
As a named capital deliver partner on two multi-million-pound ‘lots’, MMB will deliver significant works as part of Wessex Water’s £3.7bn capital investment programme to improve services for customers across the South West of England, including enhanced wastewater treatment, environmental improvements, and ensuring the availability of water.
Career opportunities
We’re recruiting for roles across design, management and engineering disciplines.

Civil, mechanical, process and electrical engineering
Currently most of our work is design-focused, with schemes expected to break ground on site to begin construction in the next 18-24 months – projects are expected to be located along the South Coast, around Poole and surrounding areas.
Note: Mott MacDonald Bentley is not currently offering sponsorship to candidates under the Skilled Worker visa route in the UK. This decision is as a consequence of the changes made to the Skilled Worker route by the UK Government in April 2024. We continue to welcome applications from candidates who are eligible for alternative immigration routes in the UK, that do not require sponsorship as a Skilled Worker now or in future.
