Equity is all about levelling the playing field and ensuring people get access to the same opportunities. It recognises that people need different things to succeed by taking into account the barriers some people face and the specific resources they need to overcome them.
The construction industry needs to work harder to increase female representation, so it’s important that everyone does their bit to help create positive change.
