Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) is excited to have officially moved into a brand-new premises based at Rainton Bridge Business Park, in Durham.
The modern space will host staff from both JN Bentley and Mott MacDonald, working together within MMB to deliver projects for Northumbrian Water as part of the Living Water Enterprise. This innovative initiative aims to deliver large-scale construction programmes in AMP8 and beyond, supporting a £3.6 billion workload.
MMB has worked closely with Northumbrian Water since 2001 and look forward to extending this long-standing relationship. The new office will support the growth of the team and the delivery of multi-million-pound construction and engineering projects throughout the region.
Featuring a contemporary open-plan design, the new office promotes collaborative working with purpose-built co-working areas, focus rooms, and meeting rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology. To support our fast-growing teams in the region, the spacious office will help foster a dynamic and productive work environment, encouraging creativity and teamwork among our staff, clients, and supply chain partners, right in the heart of the North East.
